RESUMO

BACKGROUND: This work is presented from a "problematic" perspective in the attempt to establish a dialogic relationship between the educator and the student-subject, mediated by the object of knowledge. It is oriented to the integral education of the helping students departing from a closer approach to the scientific research. This work was carried out by a teacher and two hired students. OBJECTIVES: This project was developed in relation with the profile required for the career of medicine in the Faculty of Medicine of the National University of Cordoba which--among other aspects- addresses the importance of "adopting a positive attitude towards research based on knowledge and the application of the scientific methodology" and towards "the development of a responsible self-learning and continuous improvements" (sic). Thus, this work tries to be aligned with this perspectives. MATERIALS AND METHODS: I. Characterization of the scientific methodology. Search for bibliography and discussion of scientific works. II. Optimization of the methodology for the observation of leucocytes: blood samples donated by healthy people, non-coagulating with citrate or with EDTA (Blood reservoir of the UNC (National University of Cordoba) n = 20. a) Blood smear of full blood. b) centrifugation at 200g of plasma and aspirated leucocytes after erythro sedimentation and re suspension of the cell pellet and cyto-dispersion. Cytological and cyto-chemical techniques. RESULTS: I. Deeper knowledge about blood field was achieved. It generated an appropriate atmosphere to produce scientific questioning and the activities involved in the process were carried out responsibly. II. Better results were achieved using EDTA for the observation and analysis of leucocytes. CONCLUSIONS: It was possible to attain the objectives for an approach to a scientific research as well as for a contribution towards a responsible development in the continuous learning process.

Antecedentes: Desde una concepción de educación "problematizadora", en el intento de una relación dialógia entre educador y educando, mediatizada por el objeto de conocimiento, se propone este trabajo orientado a la formación integral de ayudantes alumnos, a partir de un acercamiento a la investigación científica. Trabajo realizado por una docente y dos ayudantes alumnos rentados. Objetivos: Teniendo en cuenta que el perfil profesional del egresado de la carrera de Medicina en la FCM, UNC, incluye entre otras metas: "adoptar una actitud positiva hacia la investigación, en base al conocimiento y aplicación del método científico", y " desarrollar la responsabilidad del autoaprendizaje ya la formación contínua" (sic) este trabajo intenta ser coherente con las mismas. Materiales y métodos: I. Caracterización del método científico. Búsqueda bibliográfica y discusión de trabajos científicos. II. Optimización de la metodología para observación de leucocitos: muestras de sangre, anticoagulada con citrato o con EDTA, de personas sanas (por donación del Banco de Sangre, UNC) n=20. a) frotis de sabgre entera. b) centrifugaciones de plasma y leucocitos aspirados luego de la eritrosedimentación; resuspensión del sedimento y citodispersión. Técnicas citológicas y citoquímicas. Resultados: I. Se profundizó el área de conocimiento de Sangre. Se estableció un ámbito apropiado para la generación de interrogantes científicos y se efectuaron las actividades con responsabilidad. II. Se lograron mejores resultados con EDTA para la observación y estudio de los leucocitos. Conclusiones: Se consideran alcanzados los objetivos de un acercamiento a la investigación científica u un aporte al desarrollo de la responsabilidad de la formación continua.
